Dear Dr Podisi,

Thank you for sharing the article. I have gone through almost 90% of the contents in the article. Although the writer, talks about Academics, this has a direct bearing on us working in the Donor World. I have for more than a year ago been experiencing this, its a terrible experience that I would not wish any one. I had literally have to give up on some of the community participation, family, friends and withdrawing from school. Had to make frequent visits to the Doctor, with no concreate medication except the advise to sleep enough hours, eat proper food and exercise.

The sooner we realize this and take action, the better. I just wanted to share my piece on this.

Kind Regards,

T. Makara (Mr)
