Thanks for the feedback!
I do realize that SADC and maybe CCARDESA takes the route of PSs in the
respective countries. However, how do you include stakeholders outside this
government system e,g, Higher Education Institutions. I feel CCARDESA as a
research coordination center stands to gain a lot in this regard as these
institutions undertake a lot of research that feeds back to the National
systems.
