Dear DAD-net members,
This is a general response to the question (below) asked by Gilbert Jeyaruban regaarding participation at the International Symposium on Animal Production and Health – Current Status and Way Forward: to be held in Vienna 28 June to 2 July 2021 (www.iaea.org/events/aphs2021).

The symposium is open to anyone from an IAEA member country. Persons from developing countries may be able to receive a partial travel grant based on the quality of the paper that they submit. Persons attending at their own cost need not submit a paper to attend. By "cost" I am referring to travel and subsistence costs, as there is not registration fee.

All people wishin to attend need to apply through their national atomic energy authority, regardless of their country or whether they submit a paper.

More details, including application forms will soon be posted on the symposium website.

kind regards,
Paul

Dear Paul

This is Gilbert from the University of New England in Armidale. Thanks for sending this notice for the Symposium. Who are the participants and how are they selected? I am interested in attending the Symposium. What I have to do to attend the Symposium?

Thanks.

Kind regards
Gilbert

We are happy to announce the new date of the International Symposium on Animal Production and Health - Current Status and Way Forward: 28 June to 2 July 2021. Save the date!
The symposium was to have taken place 22-26 June, but was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
